We start with a clear picture of your demand

Co-engineering
With our Early Supplier Involvement (ESI) we involve you from concept to engineering design. Together with our renowned designers if you wish. This approach will lead to the best possible choices for your plastic parts.

Project approach
Each question has its own approach. Would you like us to produce the parts in low or high volumes? Or perhaps you need automation with robots for your product, or a specific type of packaging, supplies and inventory. We perfectly tune your budget and the desired quality.

Project execution
The project starts with the design, testing and the releasing of the mold. After that, we produce the parts at one of our 47 Engel & Arburg injection molding machines. We pack and ship the plastic parts or keep some of them on stock if you wish.

Evaluation and improvement
After finishing the first product series, we evaluated both internally and with you. And if possible we improve the production of the plastic parts. This is how we create the perfect injection molding solution for your question.
